In Sanctity of Life

Preparations for this year’s Rally for Life are well underway. It will take place on the exact date of the 20th anniversary of the legalisation of abortion in Western Australia.

Rather than assembling at Parliament House, this year’s Rally for Life and Memorial Service will take place at the Supreme Court Gardens on Saturday, 26th May from 6:30pm–8:00pm (BYO picnic from 5:00pm).

As a poignant reminder of the 160,000 children who have been robbed of life since abortion was legalised 20 years ago, 3,300 white crosses will be displayed in the form of a giant cross—each cross representing 50 children.

The evening will include special music, prayers, Scripture readings, a minute of silence in remembrance of children killed and women and others harmed by abortion, and encouraging and challenging messages by several speakers.

Last year approximately 1,500 people attended the Rally for Life. With your help, numbers can be lifted this year.

Please mark this event on your calendar now and promote the Rally for Life as widely as possible to your family and friends, and people in your church.
